Does Your Zodiac Sign Describe You
First thing’s first, I don’t listen to my Zodiac sign because they are written so general that anyone can find something that works for them in any sign. So, before even reading I would say – yes, my sign PISCES describes me but so do the other 11 signs.
But this is the challenge for today – so lets do this thing:
Strengths: Compassionate, artistic, intuitive, gentle, wise, musical
Weaknesses: Fearful, overly trusting, sad, desire to escape reality, can be a victim or a martyr
Pisces likes: Being alone, sleeping, music, romance, visual media, swimming, spiritual themes
Pisces dislikes: Know-it-all, being criticized, the past coming back to haunt, cruelty of any kind
Now, that is a long section to read and I didn’t write it. You can find more information about your sign are the link the above is linked to. 🙂
IN CONCLUSION:
I’m apparently an artist, empath, friend, and introvert.
This is me. I’m a writer, a form of artist that paints with words. I’m empathic – always trying to cheer people up or sometimes matching peoples emotions I’m around. Friendly, I can be although I would rather be alone which goes with being an introvert.
I love listening to music of any kind, but I am in no way talented in music. It says I’m too quick to trust… which I disagree with. Maybe when I was younger I was but as I’ve gotten old I find trusting people has become harder.
So, yes, this sign is me although there are parts that are not… it all depends on if you want to believe in this sort of thing or not. I just think it’s best not to put stock into something that sounds so generalized and not to live your life letting it control your choices. 🙂

Just to be clear I liking the post because you have a very nice writing style and not that I believe in astrology.

Hee hee! This is really cool. I don’t necessarily believe in daily horoscopes or any of that jazz because the world is ever changing and anything could happen and not all people of same sign are in the same stages of life. However, I think look at zodiacs is cool in the sense that I think people born around the same time of year have similar personalities. Maybe I’m just weird like that. Though, I like my zodiac. I think it fits me… relatively well. :p Like yours kind of fits you. Hee hee! Random fun stuff to waste time on.

I like the psychology behind it. Horoscopes are made to be general, so you can relate/ feel connected to a situation that may happen during your day. The wording isn’t specific to just one person, and therefore anyone can read any horoscope and feel like they are going to have that happen to them.
The thing about the Zodiac – which I’ll admit when I was younger I was obsessed with – are in a way different. Each Zodiac has key parts different from the rest. Take Pisces – creative, intuitive, emotional, kind. Traits that are varied throughout the zodiac but for this one has a specific focus. I agree that people have similar traits to their signs, but at the same time – is that because we are reading and self projecting ourselves to feel connected to something bigger or is it actually because we were born under that zodiac and therefore we are like that?
I feel like I’m writing a paper here.
I hope that was clear enough. 😛

Haha! Made total sense, and I get it. When I looked at my zodiac when I was younger I was like ‘no. no. that’s not me.’ However, I’ve changed A LOT since I was in high school and have adapted into my full personality. Now, I think I relate more to my zodiac sign.
So, in that sense, zodiac signs aren’t always true. A lot of our personalities has to do with nature vs nurture. Perhaps our zodiac plays a tiny role because of the time of year we’re born in and how we adapt to the world in those first few months. Yet, perhaps someone born on the same day, in the other hemisphere would have a different personality because they interacted with the world differently in their first few months of life. *totally wants to do a study on this* :p

That would be an interesting study. I’d read a paper on that. XD
