Any Supernatural Fans out there among my readers? If so, awesome! #winchesterwednesday #spnfamily
Anywho… asides from posting the hashtags to call out to my people, I came across this quote today when looking at my Instagram.
As a writer you need to always be learning, reading, and growing in your knowledge regarding the topic(s) you’re covering. What you don’t realize is the more you read the more dangerous you become. Like how I’ve been researching poisonous plants or torturous ways to kill someone… or how hard it is to cut people into pieces using a broadsword…
I could list more but I don’t want to be put onto any more watch lists…
So, when I saw this quote today I couldn’t help but giggle. Yes, it isn’t an actual writing quote but like anything from Supernatural – it can relate to what a writer feels like at some moments in their life.
I know a little of a lot of things because I’m a writer… and that makes me dangerous. XD
Deanna Wiltshire graduated from the Lakehead University with a BA in English and Bachelors in Education. She likes cozy sweaters, chai tea, gaming, volunteering within the art community, great food and her Netflix.
When she isn’t vigorously writing, she is crocheting, drawing, or photographing her adventures with her partner (Mr. Canuck). They live in a small city in Ontario, Canada and proud pet parents to two little troublemakers – Argo and Athens (cats).
Child of the Light is the first of the Prophecy Six Series and her debut novel published in 2015. Children of Sirphan is her most recent release (December 2016) and second book of the series. The third book of the series – Sons of Lost Kings – is set to release late fall of 2018.
Well… I’m not necessarily a Supernatural fan, so to speak. But I’ve seen a couple episodes and enjoyed what I saw of the show. So I guess in some ways I am. Just haven’t watched all of it yet. But I definitely agree with this quote too. 🙂
I enjoyed up to season 5. Now I’m sort of watching it because I feel invested in the Winchesters and want to see where they end up… but seasons 6 and onward aren’t as good as season 1-5’s story arch.
Totally a fan! I loved this quote by Dean for an entirely different reason. But I like the context that you’ve used it to relate to you (and others) and very true 🙂

Oh, okay. I’ll definitely keep that in mind whenever I get the chance to watch it again.
